Warranty & Returns

Warranty: All appliances  and can sealers sold on this website are covered under and subject to the respective and applicable manufacturer's exclusive warranty and time limitations.  Please contact us for warranty & repair assistance.

Return Policy: All sales are final. Bradley Smokers®, Ives-Way, Presto, Bernardan,  and All-American products distributed and sold by Wells Can Company Ltd., and found to be defective within 30 days of purchase (proof of purchase required) may, at our discretion, be exchanged or repaired upon receipt of the defective merchandise in our offices.

Customers are requested to contact us at (604) 420-0959 or email at sales@wellscan.ca for
1) authorization to return the item to us 
2) for any special instructions applicable to the item being shipped.

Any product returned for repair or replacement must be delivered freight prepaid in either it's original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection. Items returned for other reasons may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

The above policies apply only to the original consumer of the product and is not transferable. Evidence of purchase (sales receipt, invoice or packing slip) will be required on all items returned for repair or replacement.
